Codification

HUF initiated its first codification process this year, documenting and standardizing the steps, procedures, and practices necessary to complete tasks or achieve specific outcomes. This codification helps organizations develop a capable frontline cadre to lead behavior change among farmer communities, aiming to reduce their water footprint.

The playbook is designed to be a dynamic document, continually updated with additional inputs from HUF’s immediate and extended partner networks. Over time, HUF plans to codify other successful aspects of its programs, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation.
